For clients who have unfinished properties we are able to offer a full maintenance package from building, renovation or simple decoration and in some cases we have allowed clients to defer payment until we have sold this for them. This ensures they are able to achieve the optimum price for their property.

Estate Management: This year we have added Croome Court to our portfolio offering our services in collecting service charges, keeping the grounds looking attractive, along with maintaining this fine Georgian property; offering more specialist services like stone masonry etc. If you live in a similar community and pay service charges then call us to establish how we can assist you.

Maintenance: You’ve probably seen one of our vans. Whether you are a client or not you have access to a range of services from building works, extensions, glazing, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrical works etc. A professional approach with no upfront fees, guaranteed work times and a final sign off inspection ensuring you are happy with the standard of work carried out.

HMO: (Houses in Multiple Occupation). Anyone renting property today to more than 2 unrelated individuals need to ensure they familiarise themselves with this new legislation. Councils require owners to obtain licenses on certain property. The penalties for non compliance are incredibly high. We offer a full dedicated service from advice to undertaking the necessary works to ensure you don’t fall foul of this.  

Planning & Development: For the last 5 years we have been advising clients across the Midlands on planning issues and assisting them in maximising their assets be it a brown field site, a barn/s, an empty field, an industrial estate, obtaining change of use and many other areas. Do you have or do you know someone that has an asset that can be enhanced? We also have funders available who are able to look at jointly working with you to maximise profits.
